We’re recruiting a People & Culture Lead to join our leadership team, lead our growing P&C department and shape a progressive HR philosophy. We’re looking for an all-rounder candidate who can carry and implement a big picture vision and will also get heavily involved with the nitty-gritty.

The successful candidate will immediately contribute in the following ways:
1. Lead and grow our P&C function.
Our People & Culture Lead needs to be an effective partner with every level of the organization to develop our world-class team. You will be instrumental in building and scaling the pragmatic capabilities across the whole value proposition of our People & Culture function: P&C team management, rewards & benefits management, talent development/recruitment/management, people management, organizational effectiveness, staffing strategy.
You will suggest and implement effective and lean HR policies and pragmatic use of HR systems. You must possess the art of navigating labour-related laws and regulations in Strategyzer’s international and remote setup, in close collaboration with our legal counsel. We are an evidence-driven team, and this role will require the ability to make data-driven decisions to influence the company’s direction and mission of delivering competitive advantage through our A-team.
2. Drive company purpose and culture.
The People & Culture Lead will oversee the intentional nurturing and evolution of our company culture and mission, working closely with the management team’s vision while holding every level of our organization accountable. This role will require you to challenge the status quo, as well as support organizational changes, through an approach of transparency, idea meritocracy, and open communications. In this role, you are responsible for end-to-end HR ownership and execution.
3. Maximize leadership effectiveness.
You will need to be comfortable with challenging and developing leaders and team members at every level of the organization. This will require a thoughtful understanding of human dynamics and being able to nurture a radical candor and open feedback culture, based on extensive personal experiences working with proven tools and frameworks and powered by amazing personal skills. We want a sparring partner who can demonstrate high business acumen and understand how to support an awesome team to reach its highest potential.

While this is a remote role, you must [generally] reside between GMT-5 and GMT+3 to be able to work synchronously with the majority of the Strategyzer team.
