We’re looking for a Head of Marketing who will be responsible for building and running an outstanding marketing function that will take the company to new heights. You will open new doors to Fortune 500 companies and bring our tools and brand to every practitioner in the world. Your approach will be grounded in designing, testing, and adapting a value-add marketing system that will draw on Strategyzer's wealth of assets. The Head of Marketing’s Mission & Outcomes
This role is for a driver who will be responsible for building and running an outstanding marketing function to support our scaling journey.
The successful candidate will immediately contribute, not limited to, in the following ways:
1. Lead and build our Marketing function
You have a mature leadership style that inspires people to follow. You will develop our marketing function, start hands-on, and set out the roadmap for the marketing team and operating structure that Strategyzer needs to scale.
You are a self-starter with a strong entrepreneurial mindset. As such, you will think both strategically and tactically. You will drive and participate in activities such as forecasting and strategic planning. At the same time, you will continuously develop and drive our marketing function forward. You are an expert collaborator and communicator who is able to promote and champion marketing throughout the organization. You understand that the key to your success is building great working relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
2. Drive the Multi-Channel Marketing Strategy
You will be responsible for developing and defining a sound marketing strategy within the first three months, including creative campaigns, growth initiatives, product positioning, traffic/user acquisition, and other marketing activities, utilizing existing assets such as content, social media channels, newsletters, etc. Balancing market data, stakeholder input, and existing capabilities, you will build a comprehensive marketing strategy for the company’s initiatives, products, and services and execute to completion.
3. Provide Customer Analysis and Lead Generation
You have a deep understanding of Global Fortune 500+ companies and what drives them to innovate. You bring clear insights into their buying behaviours. In the first six months, you will be able to generate new high-level leads and a series of quick wins.
4. Become a trusted partner to the management team
You will sit alongside the management team, providing critical marketing insights and options that will help power our strategy and execution.
Your proven experience with scaling and relentless focus will strengthen Strategyzer’s decision-making and amplify our growth. You will help us maximize value creation opportunities. As our Head of Marketing, you will identify and pull the key levers that keep our growth ambitions on track and help Strategyzer transition to a recurring revenue business model.

While this is a remote role, you must [generally] reside between GMT-5 and GMT+1 to be able to work synchronously with the majority of the Strategyzer team.
