We’re recruiting for a Head of Growth Strategy who will be responsible for building and running an outstanding sales function to support our scaling journey. The successful candidate is someone who has had experience driving business growth through strategic programs that target enterprise companies at the C-suite level. This is a person who understands the fundamental drivers of the business, customers, partners, and competitors, and the right questions that need to be asked to solve our customers' pains.
Business development experience is critical to driving smart decisions in the pursuit of long-term business value. The interplay among strategy, relationship management, and sales will fuel our company's growth path. As a member of our senior management, the successful candidate will be comfortable in a leadership role that demands clear communication and presentation skills.

Your mission is to…
The successful candidate will immediately contribute in the following ways:
1. Lead and build our Growth function.
You have a matured leadership style that inspires people to follow you. You will take on a small team and will start off by being extremely hands-on, whilst setting out the roadmap for the dream team structure that we need.
You will design a responsive and agile sales operating model that will encompass all areas of the business that touch the customer. You will build a world-class growth function embracing the best of digital technologies, that will be able to transform significant volumes of available data into relevant business intelligence in order to inform and accelerate our decision-making and drive growth further and faster, whilst pre-empting tomorrow’s company needs.
2. Identify and build customer relationships.
You will be laser-focused on identifying potential client groups and building strong relationships with Fortune 500 companies while securing multi-million dollar professional service contracts. You will work to understand the problems they face, and how our methodologies, tools, and services can best help them on their business journey.
In this role, you are the eyes and ears of our customers, and you will be responsible for leading the entire experience. You will also forge strong bonds with individuals or groups inside the customer’s organization to be able to build their strategic muscle within their company.
3. Become a trusted partner to the management team.
You will sit alongside the management team, providing critical growth insights and options that will help power our strategy and execution.
You bring a relentless focus and obsession on scale. Your proven experience with scaling will strengthen better decision-making for the company. You will help us maximize value creation opportunities. As our Head of Growth Strategy, you will identify and pull key levers to keep our growth ambitions on track and shift our revenue model towards being recurring.
