We’re recruiting a Sales Development Representative who will be at the forefront of our scaling sales initiatives, responsible for initiating and nurturing relationships with potential clients.
You will work with the sales team to open new doors to Fortune 500 companies. Your approach will be grounded in designing, testing, and adapting a value-add business development system that will draw on Strategyzer's wealth of assets. Your primary focus will be to generate high-quality leads, engage in strategic research, and identify key decision-makers within the target companies' innovation departments. Your efforts will directly contribute to expanding our customer base and increasing revenue while working hand-in-hand with our Account Executives to create a unified sales approach.

Grow and nurture Strategyzer’s enterprise leads.
The successful candidate will immediately contribute in the following ways:
1. Drive prospect research and outreach activities
Collaborate closely with Account Executives to develop a deep understanding of our target market, value proposition, and the specific jobs, pains, and gains of potential customers. Conduct thorough research to identify target accounts and key stakeholders within those accounts, including heads of innovation and directors of innovation. Design and run contextualized outreach campaigns to ensure a high conversion rate to sales-qualified leads.
At Strategyzer we have a huge database of contacts and potential prospects. Utilize the right tools (HubSpot, LinkedIn, Email etc.) to ensure that we are capturing the value of our devoted supporter database.
2. Qualify sales opportunities and drive lead engagement
Initiate meaningful conversations with potential customers through personalized emails, social media messages, and other relevant communication channels to increase the number of sales meetings for our Account Executives.
Qualify leads based on specific criteria to ensure they align with our ideal customer profile.
Participate in regular collaboration sessions with Account Executives to share insights, discuss strategies, and jointly prioritize and refine lead engagement approaches.
Shape the way we reach out to prospects. Build outreach campaigns and strategies to ensure we drive valuable insights and address the pain points and challenges faced by innovation leaders. Make our communication effective and valuable for prospects while respecting their time and attention.
3. Manage data and drive insights generation
Maintain meticulous records of all interactions and activities within our CRM system to ensure data accuracy and accessibility. Build outreach processes that ensure accountability and effectively supply our sales pipeline with new business opportunities.
4. Continuously refine and improve our sales efforts
Continuously iterate and improve outreach strategies based on feedback and performance metrics to enhance the effectiveness of our engagement.
Stay updated with the latest thought leadership and industry trends, both in our industry and those of our customers, to adapt our outreach approach as the business landscape evolves.
Be responsible for shaping the way we run outreach campaigns at Strategyzer.
While this is a remote role, you must [generally] reside between GMT-5 and GMT+1 to be able to work synchronously with the majority of the Strategyzer team.
