We are looking for an:
Executive Assistant to Alex Osterwalder w operational Role (m/f) 80-100%
Extensive travel organization
Customer relationship management
Social media management support (LinkedIn, Twitter)
Organization of speaking and workshop engagements from first contact (mainly e-mail) to contract, travel, material and invoicing
Expense and cash management
Operational support for the whole team, i.e. - Weekly executive calls - Monthly company calls (scheduling, agenda, follow-ups, etc.) - Company offsites
We are looking for someone who has worked as (virtual) executive assistant for at least 5 years and knows the demands on an entrepreneur's and manager's life.
He or she is creative, resourceful and solution-oriented
Is used to communicate with high-profile contacts
Is comfortable working remotely, unsupervised in a start-up environment (and knows how to use tools and platforms that support the collaboration of a team that is spread out).
Has a strong hands-on approach, out-of-the-box thinking, a team-player, motivated, and autonomous.
Has excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in English (our primary company language), knowledge of German is a plus.
Willing to commit long-term.
