We’re recruiting a SENIOR ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT to join our growing team! We are looking for a generalist who helps with the organization and running of the daily administrative operations of the company.

Note: This is a full-time role; however, we are open to considering exceptional candidates with 80% working capacity.

Your mission is to…

  • Ensure the team has adequate administrative support to work efficiently.
  • Execute office management tasks for our offices in Zurich/Switzerland, Préverenges/Switzerland, and Toronto/Canada.
  • Contribute to (virtual and on-site) events on a case-by-case basis.
  • Inspire and drive the implementation of our travel management process & policy.
  • Cover the responsibilities and tasks of the Executive Assistant to the Co-Founder when they are absent.
  • Nurture, protect, and grow our strong company culture that values great human beings, excellent technical performance, and great collaboration.

The successful candidate will immediately contribute in the following ways:

1. Ensuring smooth and efficient administrative processes.

Our SENIOR ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT needs to be a hands-on individual that works diligently and with a high degree of attention to detail. You are comfortable working in an environment that is scaling and thus undergoing constant transformation. You are keen to identify the potential for optimization and improvements, and show initiative in incorporating new and more effective ways to achieve better results when it comes to our administrative and operational processes.

2. Keeping our staff focused on their priorities.

Our SENIOR ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT will be competent in prioritizing, be self-motivated, and trustworthy and hence allow the rest of the staff to focus on their priorities to help the company grow substantially. With your proactive, steady, and reliable support, you ensure a smooth running of the day-to-day activities at Strategyzer.

Requirements For The Role

While this is a remote role, you must reside in Eastern Canada (GMT-5 or GMT-4) in order to be able to support the team’s needs best. All potential candidates will be scored on the following competencies.

These are the technical qualifications we require:

  • 10+ years of increasingly complex administrative responsibilities.
  • Fluent in English & French is a must
  • Post-secondary education in business administration is a plus
  • Willing to work autonomously with high attention to detail and able to demonstrate initiative and ownership with an strong pride in the quality of their work
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills and the capability to build and maintain positive working relationships with various stakeholders and colleagues
  • Striving to work independently and in a multidisciplinary team environment
  • Mastery of the Google Workspace (Google Mail, Google Calendar, Google Doc, Google Spreadsheet), collaborative tools like e.g. Slack, Trello, and of technological tools for administrative support
  • Strong judgment skills and adept at exercising discretion, maintaining confidentiality, and building trust

3. You are a great collaborator.
